Clinical case
A patient contacted the iStomatolog Center with a complaint about the absence of two central upper teeth. The teeth were damaged due to maxillofacial trauma about six years ago.
From the patient's medical history: a fracture of the upper jaw six years ago, a traumatic fracture of the two upper central incisors. After the injury, the teeth were preserved and treated, and crowns were installed. A few years later, the teeth were removed with a diagnosis of radicular cyst from teeth 11 and 21. A removable denture was made. The patient used the prosthesis for several years.
After a CT examination of the upper jaw, the patient was offered the installation of two implants with simultaneous grafting of bone tissue, since a bone defect of about 4 mm in height was determined.
2 weeks after the sutures are removed. Implants with installed gum formers.
The patient's removable prosthesis is adapted to be worn while the implants are healing.
1 STAGE
CT SCAN
We established the type of bone, the required volume for bone grafting, the height and width of the bone. The implant system, its length and diameter were selected.
2 STAGE
SCANNING AND PLANNING OF FUTURE CROWNS
Using CEREC CAM, we scanned both jaws and their relationship in occlusion. The jaw scans were compared with the computer tomography data, allowing for virtual modeling of the missing teeth and implant placement in the jaw. The next step was to make a template using CEREC LAB for implantation. The template allows for the implant to be placed in a precisely defined direction and inclination relative to adjacent teeth and teeth in the opposite jaw.
3 STAGE
TOOTH IMPLANTATION
Under local anesthesia, we performed simultaneous bone grafting and installed two Megagen AnyRidge implants with a diameter of 4 mm and a length of 10 mm. The gum formers were installed at the implantation stage. The patient's removable prosthesis was adapted in such a way that it covered the defect while the implants were healing, but did not put pressure on the bone tissue at the site of the installed implants.
4 STAGE
ABUTMENT PLACEMENT AND PROSTHETICS
4-5 months after implantation, prosthetics are planned, which will be carried out in two stages: - scanning the patient’s jaws and implants using CEREC CAM and manufacturing individual zirconium abutments; - re-scanning of already installed abutments and milling of zirconium crowns. Fixation of finished crowns on abutments in the oral cavity. If necessary, plastic surgery of the gingival margin will be performed.

Досвід лікування моїх зубів і приведення у задовільний стан мою посмішку має чималу історію (для інформації, мені за 50). Це пломби у більшості зубів, брекет системи і навіть спроби змінити форму зубів. Щось виходило, але не з першого разу, щось не виходило і намагання повернутись до цієї проблеми не сприймалися схвально. У додаток до всього цього сам процес лікування затягувався на довгі місяці.
Що мене очікувало в центрі iStomatolog.
1. Відсутність очікування біля кабінету.
2. Відсутність зайвого. Персонал і лікарі тебе не обтяжують. Їх стільки, скільки має бути.
3. Без сумніву професіоналізм. Тебе вислухать, і обов'язково запропонують варіанти лікування. Що безцінно, це те, що тобі в першу чергу будуть пропонувати максимально зберегти свої зуби.
4. Відсутність бажання затягнути процес лікування на рік (якщо у тебе проблема не одного чи двох зубів). Головне, щоб дозволяли працювати ясна (їх стан).
5. Матеріали з якими працюють лікарі. Це виключно японський виробник.
І нарешті результат, який я навіть вже і не очікувала.

Я доглядаю зуби в цій клініці майже 15 років, і це про щось та говорить. Свого молодшого сина також привела сюди ще з першими зубками.
Всі лікарі уважні, професійні, з щирою турботою про пацієнта. Запам'яталось, як мені років п'ять тому довго і терпляче спасали майже безнадійний зуб, зіпсований в іншій клініці — спасли, стоїть свій зуб, а міг би вже бути імплант.
